About the editor

Emma Clark-Norris is a Sydney-based writer and editor who has been published in Marie Claire, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Women's Health, Broadsheet and many more. She’s held roles such as Deputy Editor at Girlfriend and Content Editor at Linkby, and has written for global brands such as Canva, Deliveroo, Swisse, eBay. Alongside her work in the journalism industry, Emma has graduated with a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Masters in Business Psychology and is currently completing her studies to be a fully qualified psychologist. She's also the author of the internationally published book Progress Over Perfection: A Guide To Mindful Productivity and the accompanying workbook..
